Cancellation Policy

It is understood that iDoFilmz is the exclusive videographer and/or photographer retained by the Client to cover the wedding. The Client agrees to assist and cooperate with iDoFilmz to achieve the desired results, including, but not limited to: specifying persons or scenes to be captured, following direction during posed shots, providing a guide to desired subjects or locations, and participating in pre-shoot consultations. iDoFilmz shall not be responsible for any footage or photos not captured due to the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
